Join us for a memorable well-being retreat,with full board, at L’Arc-En-Ciel in the Eastern Townships (1h15 from Montreal).

In a magnificent setting ideal for reconnecting with yourself and Nature, we’ll offer activities guided by the Surya Montréal team. In addition to workshops, you’ll enjoy 7 km of nature trails, an indoor pool and a sauna. Classes in Suryashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Qi-gong / Tai-ji and discussions/exchanges will be offered. No classes are compulsory.

The aim is to take time for yourself, while enjoying the good things in life, in order to recharge your batteries and regain energy, joy and serenity. In this way, you’ll rediscover greater harmony with your emotions and your life.
