Join us for a memorable wellness retreat, all included, on a site in the heart of nature, L’Arc-En-Ciel in the Eastern Townships (1h15 from Montreal).

In a magnificent setting, ideal for reconnecting to yourself and to Nature, the activities will be guided by the Surya Montreal team. In addition to the classes, you will have the opportunity to enjoy 7 km of nature trails, an indoor pool and a sauna. Suryashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Qi-gong / Tai-ji and discussion/exchange will be offered. No classes are mandatory.

The objective is to take time for yourself, in order to regain energy, joy and serenity. You will find more harmony with your emotions and your life.
