FEEDBACK FROM PARTICIPANTS
Jite shared a profound approach to the postpartum body and taught us to take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, and mentally to create balance in our new lives. I found a warm atmosphere and space to express my thoughts, share my birth story, and bond with other participants. Yet most importantly, we were able to attend classes with our babies, learn to take care of their bodies, and incorporate them into our everyday yoga practice.

It was a lovely experience to have this moment to slow down and focus on both self-care practices as well as learning baby massage techniques. The atmosphere in the course was cosy and accepting. I truly recommend this course to new mommies with babies in the precrawl stage.

I am so grateful for the course that you held and so lucky to have had the chance to join. It came at a perfect time and wow what a difference it is making to my life. I am enjoying so much reading more about Ayurveda, practising meditation and getting to know myself better. That course was a blessing for me and I hope many mothers will experience the same. The content was so good, you taught it very well and made it fairly easy to understand.
