YOGA NIDRA
Nidra, which can be translated from Sanskrit as ‘to escape within’ is a therapeutic practice that starts by relaxing the body, prana and mind. It works by transcending our senses of perception through awareness and presence on the more subtle planes of our existence. It has proven benefits for relieving states of anxiety and stress by providing social, physical and mental (psychological and emotional) healing.
Through regular training we learn to be conscious dreamers, unlocking abilities within our brain that enable optimal performance, including improved memory and concentration, less mental fatigue and a sharper intellect.
