After living in India for a year after taking my A-levels, with a view to exploring the cultural richness of this magnificent country, the cradle of yoga and the bearer of a deep and living spirituality, I returned to France with the desire to film. A few films later, several festivals, a prize for best editing at the 2014 48hfp festival, three years as a production assistant and then head of broadcasting at TvTours, here I am, back at the source in an extraordinary adventure around Yoga. Yoga is a fascinating field of research and exploration of consciousness through philosophy, physical practice, meditation and altruistic service. The culmination of the practice of yoga lies in this enlightened impulse towards others through selfless service. That’s why I joined the Surya World collective, whose vision of happiness is based on personal discipline, the cultivation of altruism and self-sacrifice in the name of brotherhood and benevolence, and a strong commitment to the ecology and humanity.
