Your group class, online or in-person – at your location or at 903 St-Zotique East.
Requirements: none; the classes are adapted to the level of the participants.
Duration: between 30 minutes and 1 hour; your choice
If you are interested, we can also give a workshop of more than 1 hour, which includes both theory and practice.
Frequency:
- Once a week (recommended), or
- every other week
How to proceed?
- Choose the format that suits your team.
- Pick the day of the week and time that works best for them.
- Meet with one of our specialized teachers: either in your office, online via Zoom, or in hybrid mode.
Rates: starting at $100/class.
