Come and discover our yoga, taiji, qigong and meditation classes free of charge at our open house on 18 October. Give yourself a pause in the heart of autumn, in a warm and welcoming space, ideal for moving your body and sharing a friendly moment. It’s the perfect opportunity to find a practice that will carry you through to the holidays, cultivating your vitality, your balance and the pleasure of being together.

We propose a program of four different classes that you can try for free. Register either for a single class or for several. After each session, you will have the opportunity to chat with the teachers over a small snack. Here you can ask questions, learn more about the practices, and discover which one suits you best.
The classes are generally taught in French. They are accessible to all levels, whether you are a beginner or already advanced. The teachers will take the time to explain the exercises and their benefits to you.
If you enjoy your experience at the open house, you will then have the choice between the following weekly classes.

The studio is located near Plaza St. Hubert, at the level of St. Zotique Street, across a large IGA.
For any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!
Parking: You can find free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, for example on Saint-Zotique or Christophe Colomb. Allow a few extra minutes if you are coming by car. At worst, there are plenty of paid parking spaces available.
